Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming in-store experience and drive loyalty to our brands. You’ll be a team player, stay informed about trends, and help customers find the right shoes while upholding store standards.

You’ll engage customers with top-notch service, manage inventory and pricing tasks, and contribute to a positive culture that celebrates individual and team successes. You love shoes and share that passion with every guest.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ace retail operations: pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and drive brand loyalty.
