Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store colleagues.
• Ability to communicate positively with store associates.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store running smoothly.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and cultivate engaging experiences that drive loyalty.
• Review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency to meet goals.
• Communicate clearly with the store team and practice active listening.
• Adhere to company policies and seek feedback for professional development.
