Job summary

Famous Footwear seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll manage daily tasks, engage customers, and promote our brands while upholding the Famous culture. You’ll support training and growth within a friendly, inclusive team surrounded by the latest footwear trends.

As part of a store team, you’ll contribute to meeting sales goals, ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment, and providing customers with the perfect fit and the Famous Feeling.

Qualifications

• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities
