Job summary

The Warehouse Operations Clerk at NFI will ensure shipping documents are completed accurately and on time while supporting the operations team. You will interact with carriers, site personnel, and drivers to schedule, verify, and document outbound shipments using the Manhattan Warehouse Management System.

You will perform data entry, maintain records, and assist with receiving and loading tasks. Flexibility to work extended hours and adapt to changing priorities is essential in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred, not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for shipments.
• Open/close shipments in the warehouse management system and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensure drivers depart with the correct paperwork and documents.
• Enter and maintain shipping data in the WMS and produce daily inventory reports.
• Assist in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading tasks as needed.
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate moves with spotters.
• Handle administrative duties and file outbound paperwork for easy access.
• Maintain accurate seal logs and load board information.
• Communicate work assignments and priorities to team members as required.
