Job summary

NFI Industries in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure shipping documents are accurate and on time. You will work under the Operations Supervisor or Manager and coordinate outbound shipments.

Responsibilities include handling bills of lading, data entry in the WMS, assisting drivers, maintaining logs, and supporting admin tasks. Must be able to stand long hours and lift up to 100 pounds; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and stand long hours.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments and prepare bills of lading.
• Assist with driver check-in and data entry into the WMS.
• Communicate with site personnel to meet operations requirements.
• Maintain shipping documents and logs; support admin tasks.
• Monitor trailer capacity and assist with loading/unloading.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
