Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs.
• Coordinate with site personnel to ensure operations meet requirements.
• Receive drivers and direct outbound shipments.
• Use the warehouse management system to open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensure drivers depart with correct paperwork and accurate shipping documents.
• Enter and maintain data in the WMS and maintain shipping records.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and in material handling duties as needed.
