NFI in Savannah, GA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure shipping documents are accurate and timely, coordinating with carriers and site personnel.

You will use Manhattan WMS to manage shipments, prepare bills of lading, and verify paperwork. The role requires physical stamina and ability to work irregular hours.

This position offers exposure to fast-paced logistics and supports the leadership team in maintaining accurate records and efficient operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily and schedules shipments.
• Receives drivers and directs outbound shipments.
• Uses WMS to open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensures drivers depart with proper paperwork.
• Maintains shipping documents per SOPs.
• Maintains load board and seal log with accurate information.
• Follows data entry into inventory reports and resolves discrepancies.
• Supports material handling tasks like receiving and packing.
• Works extended hours, including nights and weekends when required.
• Able to lift 50-100 pounds and stand for long periods.
