Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk in Upper Macungie Township, PA. You will ensure timely preparation of shipping documents and guide drivers for outbound shipments, while handling entries in the warehouse management system.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules with carriers, maintaining records, and assisting with receiving, picking, packing, and loading as needed. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments.
• Receives drivers and provides direction for outbound shipments.
• Uses a warehouse management system to open/close shipments and create bills of lading.
• Ensures drivers depart with correct paperwork and accurate shipping docs.
• Maintains data records related to shipping activities in the WMS.
• Assists in material handling duties such as receiving, picking, packing, or loading.
