Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
• Good visual acuity to inspect shipments and data entry accuracy.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred, not required.
• Experience with MHE is a plus or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules.
• Directs drivers for outbound shipments and paperwork.
• Opens/closes shipments in the WMS and prepares bills of lading.
• Ensures drivers depart with correct paperwork and documentation.
• Maintains shipping records and data in the WMS.
• Resolves discrepancies and assists with receiving, picking, packing, loading.
• Monitors trailer capacity and coordinates with spotters.
• Performs other administrative duties as needed.
