You will handle Full-Serve Shipping and Unpackaged Returns, assisting customers with their shipping needs and returns. Responsibilities

• Perform Full-Serve Shipping and Unpackaged Returns tasks.
• Assist customers with Amazon returns, UPS shipping, etc.
• Identify customer needs and explain shipping options.
• Maintain shipping area for efficient processing.
• Ensure supplies for shipping and returns are stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.
• Utilize basic selling skills to present solutions.
• Cover additional duties as assigned (online pick-ups, cleaning).
