Job summary

ISCO Industries in Mulberry, FL is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our distribution team. This role supports accurate inbound and outbound shipments and inventory accuracy on a fast-paced warehouse floor.

You will verify received products, load and unload items, prepare shipments, and utilize our Transportation Management System (TMS) and Epicor-Prelude ERP to optimize inventory and transportation processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Data entry experience required.
• Forklift experience or ability to train and certify.
• Outlook email proficiency required.
• Prior warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload products.
• Verify products received against packing lists.
• Store products on appropriate shelves.
• Determine best packing methods to protect products.
• Use TMS to select shipping mode and carrier.
• Use Epicor-Prelude ERP to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate root causes.
• Make recommendations to improve processes and work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
