Job summary

ISCO Industries is seeking motivated Shipping and Receiving associates to support our distribution network in Florida. You will verify and process incoming and outgoing shipments, load and unload goods safely, and ensure accurate inventory through daily cycle counts using Epicor-Prelude ERP and our TMS system.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, accuracy, and teamwork as we strive to optimize packing methods and carrier selection to minimize costs and lead times.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
Forklift experience or ability to be trained and certified to operate forklift.
Prior warehouse, shipping, and/or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Load and unload products safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Verify received goods against packing lists.
Store products to appropriate shelves and categorize properly.
Determine packing methods to protect products during transit.
Use TMS to select shipping modes and carriers for fast delivery at low cost.
Use Epicor-Prelude ERP to maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity.
Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate root causes of issues.
Make recommendations to improve processes and work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
