Job summary

ISCO Industries is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our distribution network. You will verify incoming and outgoing shipments, load and unload products, and prepare items for shipment while maintaining accurate records.

You will use the Transportation Management System (TMS) and ERP (Epicor-Prelude) to optimize routes and inventory. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience or training, and prior warehouse/shipping experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience or certification to operate forklift.
• Previous warehouse/shipping/distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Verify products against packing lists.
• Store products in correct shelves and categorize accurately.
• Determine best packing method to protect goods during transit.
• Use Transportation Management System (TMS) to select shipping mode and carrier.
• Use ERP system (Epicor-Prelude) to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate root causes of problems.
• Make recommendations to improve processes and work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
