Job summary

ISCO Industries is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate in Mulberry, GA. You will verify incoming and outgoing shipments, safely load and unload products, and prepare items for shipment, while maintaining accurate inventory in the ERP system.

You will also use TMS to choose optimal shipping options and coordinate with carriers to minimize lead times and costs. The role requires clear communication by phone and email, strong organization, and the ability to work independently while

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (required).
• Forklift experience or able to be trained and certified.
• Prior warehouse, shipping, and/or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products safely, accurately and efficiently.
• Verify products against packing lists upon receipt.
• Store products on appropriate shelves.
• Determine best packing methods to protect goods in transit.
• Use TMS to select shipping mode and carrier for shortest lead time and lowest cost.
• Use Epicor-Prelude ERP to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate root causes.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to the work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
