Job summary

ISCO Industries is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to support our distribution network in Florida. You will verify and process incoming and outgoing shipments, perform data entry, and ensure accurate inventory records using ERP and TMS systems.

The role involves loading and unloading products, maintaining organization on the warehouse floor, and contributing to process improvements. Prior warehouse or distribution experience is preferred, with forklift certification desirable.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Data entry experience required.
Forklift experience or ability to be trained and certified.
Outlook email proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

Safely, accurately and efficiently load and unload products.
Verify products received from suppliers against packing lists.
Store products to the appropriate category shelves.
Determine the best packing method to protect items in transit.
Use TMS to select shipping mode and carrier for fastest delivery and lowest cost.
Use Epicor-Prelude ERP to maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity.
Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate root causes of problems.
Make recommendations to improve processes and work environment.
