Job summary

ISCO Industries, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate in Houston on 1st shift (Mon-Fri). The role supports our distribution network by verifying and preparing shipments, loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate records.

You will work with TMS and Epicor-Prelude ERP to optimize packing, inventory control, and cycle counts, with opportunities to improve processes and work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Data entry experience required or preferred.
• Forklift experience or ability to be trained and certified.
• Proficient in Outlook email.
• Prior warehouse/shipping/distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Verify received products against packing lists.
• Store products on proper shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Determine packing method to protect goods in transit.
• Use TMS to select shipping mode and carrier for fastest, cheapest delivery.
• Use Epicor-Prelude ERP to maintain data integrity and inventory.
• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate root causes.
• Suggest process improvements and better work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
