Job summary

ISCO Industries, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to support our distribution network in Bartow, FL.

You will verify incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare items for shipment, and maintain inventory accuracy using TMS and Epicor-Prelude ERP. The role emphasizes problem solving, safety, and process improvement, with data entry, forklift operations, and coordination with vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or ability to be trained and certified to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
• Verify products received against packing lists.
• Store products on appropriate shelves.
• Determine packing methods for protection during transit.
• Use TMS to select shipping mode and carrier for fastest delivery and lowest cost.
• Use Epicor-Prelude to maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate root causes of problems.
• Make recommendations to improve processes and work environment.
