Job summary

ISCO Industries, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our distribution team. You will verify, stock, and prepare items for shipment while maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes problem solving, process improvement, and safe handling of products in a fast-paced warehouse. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, packing optimization, inventory control in Epicor-Prelude, and daily cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Data entry experience required.
• Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience using Outlook email.
• Prior warehouse/shipping/distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload products in a warehouse setting.
• Verify received items against packing lists and store correctly.
• Determine best packing methods to protect goods in transit.
• Use Transportation Management System (TMS) to select shipping mode and carrier.
• Utilize ERP system (Epicor-Prelude) to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate root causes.
• Recommend process improvements and assist with duties as needed.
