Job summary

TM Industries, LLC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Shipping & Receiving department and supervise assigned personnel. The role involves safely operating material handling equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy in Epicor ERP, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will supervise a team, coordinate shipments, verify documentation, and support production logistics while meeting customer delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Shipping & Receiving and warehouse operations.
• Forklift operation experience required; certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Epicor ERP and general computer skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Shipping & Receiving department.
• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials and products.
• Perform all Shipping & Receiving transactions in Epicor ERP.
• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and documentation.
• Package materials to meet customer specifications.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas per safety standards.
• Communicate with internal departments, vendors, carriers, and customers.
• Ensure accurate part identification, labeling, COCs, and packing slips.
• Assist production with material movement and logistics as needed.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper handling and documentation.
• Work overtime to meet production schedules.
