Job summary

RRD, a leading provider of marketing and packaging solutions, seeks a 1st shift Shipping/Receiving Associate in a climate-controlled facility. You will assist with daily shipping activities, including receiving, loading, unloading, and preparing shipments for FedEx, UPS, and USPS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include verifying documents, packing per specs, maintaining records, operating forklifts, and coordinating with production to meet delivery requirements.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED preferred.
1 year of shipping/manufacturing experience preferred.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily shipping duties including receiving, loading, unloading and shipping of printed material.
Verify documents, prepare bills of lading and packing lists.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Maintain accuracy of records and containers.
Coordinate with production and carriers to meet delivery specs and timelines.
