Duraco Specialty Tapes & Liners is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to ensure accurate, timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will prepare shipping documents, labels, and certificates, while maintaining inventory records and collaborating with Customer Service, Finance, and drivers.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and a collaborative approach to maintain on-time shipments and strong customer service.

• Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules, paperwork, and driver dock assignments
• Batch orders and create barcode and customer address labels to support efficient order fulfillment
• Prepare certificates of compliance and origin and complete proof-of-delivery requests
• Perform finished-goods cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
• Partner with Customer Service, Finance, warehouse personnel, and drivers to address shipping needs
• Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen productivity, quality, and on-time shipments

We’re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator who enjoys staying organized, coordinating details, and helping keep warehouse operations moving efficiently.

In this role, you'll work closely with warehouse team members and drivers to ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time. You'll prepare shipping documentation, create labels, maintain inventory records, and help keep information flowing between the warehouse and internal teams. Success comes from being organized, dependable, and committed to getting the details right.

What You’ll Do

Compensation range for this role is $20 - $23 per hour
