Job summary

Duraco Specialty Tapes & Liners is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to keep operations running smoothly, acting as a problem solver and communication hub to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

You’ll coordinate daily shipping and receiving, schedule pickups with carriers, prepare shipping docs, monitor shipments, and collaborate with production, warehouse, and customer service to keep momentum and accuracy across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics/traffic coordination
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving schedules to support production and customer orders
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with parcel, LTL, and truckload carriers
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, labels)
• Monitor shipments, provide updates, and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Partner with production, warehouse, and customer service to maintain smooth operations
• Verify shipment accuracy (weights, counts, addresses, special requirements)
• Support freight claims and investigations as needed
• Manage packaging supply inventory and keep shipping records organized
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delays

What Your Day Looks Like:

You’ll coordinate shipping and logistics activities, working with teams across the organization to ensure materials move efficiently and accurately.

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving schedules to support production and customer orders
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with parcel, LTL, and truckload carriers
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and labels
• Monitor shipments, communicate updates, and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Partner with production, warehouse, customer service, and carriers to keep operations flowing
• Verify shipment accuracy including weights, counts, addresses, and special requirements
• Support freight claims and investigations as needed
• Manage packaging supply inventory and maintain organized shipping records
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delays
