Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or related field.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, orders, and records.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules, paperwork, and driver dock assignments.
• Batch orders and create barcode and customer address labels for efficient fulfillment.
• Prepare certificates of compliance and origin; complete proof-of-delivery requests.
• Conduct finished-goods cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, warehouse staff, and drivers to meet shipping needs.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance productivity, quality, and on-time shipments.
