Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure shipping documents are accurate and completed on time. This role reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager and focuses on outbound shipments.

Key duties include coordinating with carriers by email, preparing bills of lading, entering data in the warehouse management system, maintaining shipping records, and supporting loading and other warehouse tasks. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities under pressure.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to stand for 10-12 hours and lift 50-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with outbound carriers daily via email.
• Prepare bills of lading for outbound freight.
• Verify accuracy of shipping documents.
• Enter shipping data into the warehouse management system.
• Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading.
• Maintain seal logs and load boards.
• Support leadership with administrative duties.
