Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments.
• Open/close shipments in the warehouse management system and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensure drivers depart with the correct paperwork.
• Maintain shipping data and records in the system.
• Assist in material handling duties as needed by the team.
