Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for shipments.
• Receives drivers and directs outbound shipments.
• Opens/closes shipments in the WMS and prepares bills of lading.
• Ensures drivers depart with correct paperwork and shipping docs are accurate.
• Maintains shipment data in the WMS and resolves discrepancies.
• Supports material handling tasks such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading.
• Monitors trailer capacity and coordinates with spotters on moves.
• Performs other administrative duties needed by leadership.
