Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred, not required.
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify shipping documents and bills of lading for outbound freight.
• Communicate daily with outbound carriers and site personnel to coordinate shipments and equipment needs.
• Open/close shipments in the WMS and ensure drivers depart with proper paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records and loading data in the system; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading activities as needed.
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters on moves.
