Job summary

Resilient Structures is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to ensure orders are scheduled, processed, and shipped on time. You will coordinate trucking, prepare shipping documents, and work with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments.

The role requires 5+ years in a manufacturing logistics environment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ERP/EPICOR experience. Join a team focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar manufacturing logistics role.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists).
• ERP/MRP experience (Epicor) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming sales orders for accuracy.
• Create and maintain shipping schedules and transport coordination.
• Prepare shipping and customs documents for shipments.
• Coordinate freight with carriers and negotiate rates.
• Provide delivery updates to management and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments.
