Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support outbound logistics, ensuring shipments are processed smoothly, accurately, and on time. You will prepare, label, and package outbound orders, coordinate with carriers, and maintain precise shipping documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or related logistics.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook; strong data-entry and recordkeeping.
• Familiar with shipping procedures, inventory control, and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and process outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain shipping records: packing lists, bills of lading, receipts.
• Enter shipment data in WMS and generate reports in Excel/Outlook.
• Resolve shipping issues and communicate status updates.
