Job summary

Focus is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Shipping Coordinator to manage domestic shipping operations and cross-functional collaboration. With 3+ years of experience, you will coordinate carriers, prepare shipping docs, and ensure on-time delivery using SAP and tracking portals.

You will work with Customer Service, Planning, Warehouse, and Finance to optimize shipments, monitor ETAs, and maintain audit-ready records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, domestic shipping, or supply chain support.
• Experience preparing shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, invoices).
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily domestic shipping activities, including carrier communication and routing.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, invoices).
• Monitor shipment statuses and ETAs, communicating risks and delays.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales to fulfill shipment requirements.
