Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments to distribution centers and customers.
• Schedule inbound and outbound freight with approved carriers.
• Monitor shipments from origin to final delivery and communicate delays.
• Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, invoices and customs docs when applicable.
• Track freight costs and look for transportation savings.
• Investigate shipping discrepancies and freight claims.
