This Safety-Sensitive role emphasizes problem-solving and teamwork to keep operations running smoothly.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of customer service experience, with flexibility for overtime and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service is required.
• Ability to meet a flexible work schedule based on the needs of the company.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer questions by phone, email, or in person regarding services, tools, and resources.
• Provide quotes with estimated shipping costs.
• Provide bookings for shipping items.
• Researching customer inquiries with other departments or operating companies.
• Occasionally verify cargo information or obtain cargo measurements.
• Occasionally collect and scan bills of lading.
• Assist with receiving/processing bills of lading from drivers or customers.
• Assist with billing charges on customer invoices and collect payment over the phone.
