Alaska Marine Trucking in Juneau is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our local team. You will handle in-person, phone, and email inquiries, process Bills of Lading, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in daily operations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Answering a variety of customer information requests in person, by phone and email.
• Process Bills of Lading for receiving, review bills for complete information, assign codes and instructions as required.
• Carry out all duties with a strong commitment to excellent customer service.

What We Need from You (required)

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as tariffs, procedural manuals and employee and safety handbooks.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, employees and the general public.
• Must be able to apply and be issued a TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Card).
