Job summary

Cooper Farms is hiring a 2nd shift Shipping Associate at our Central Egg Processing facility in Coldwater, Ohio. No experience is required; we provide full training to help you succeed. The role involves unloading materials, loading shipments, and completing paperwork for deliveries.

Starting pay is $19.40–$22.95 per hour, with potential increases after 90 days, weekly pay, and profit-sharing bonuses. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with occasional Saturdays; benefits

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reading, writing, and math skills as well as basic computer skills.
• Must have strong communication skills and be able to work well with others.
• Must have forklift experience.

• Unload materials and nest run eggs.
• Load products on truck to be shipped.
• Hook up proper tractor and trailers according to delivery city on log sheet.
• Complete all paperwork required for shipments.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $19.40-22.95/hour
• Potential increase after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm. Occasional Saturdays.
