Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Shipping Associate at Spring Meadow Farms egg facility in Rossburg, Ohio. No experience is required and we provide training to help you succeed. The role involves unloading materials, scanning products in the CAT² System, and maintaining shipping areas.

Starting pay ranges from $18.40 to $21.95 per hour with potential increases after 90 days. Schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 7:00am–4:30pm, with an optional 5th day on Tuesday, plus weekly pay and several

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Intermediate reading, writing and math skills.
• High school diploma is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials to dry storage, cooler or staging areas.
• Scan incoming/outgoing products in the CAT² System.
• Repair damaged racks (bending/straightening brackets, removing plastic wrap, minor welding).
• Sweep trailers, check refrigeration, wrap and secure product for shipment.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $18.40-$21.95/hour
• Potential increase after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)

• Wednesday through Saturday

What You'll Do

• Unload materials to be placed in areas such as dry storage, cooler or staging area.
• Scan all incoming and outgoing products and materials into the CAT² System.
• Repair damaged racks returned from customers which may consist of bending and straightening brackets, removing plastic wrap from the wheels, and minimal welding.
• Sweep out trailers before loading, check refrigeration units, wrap, load and secure product to be shipped.

No Experience Required. Training Is Provided.

What We're Looking For

• Must be a least 18 years old
• Must have intermediate reading, writing and math skills as well as advanced communication and computer stills.
• High school diploma is strongly preferred
• 2 years of experience with Cooper Farms or a similar operation is preferred
