Job summary

Cooper Farms is hiring a 3rd shift Sanitation team member at its Central Egg Processing facility in Coldwater, Ohio. No experience is required; training is provided. Starting pay is $18.75/hour with a raise to $19.60/hour after 90 days.

Benefits include monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses, medical/dental/vision/Life Insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid weekly with same-day pay options. Schedule is 10:00pm–6:00am, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Clean equipment and surfaces and document the work.
• Remove all egg debris accumulated throughout the day on processing equipment, floor and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe plant while adhering to USDA/AQ/HACCP sanitation requirements.
• Wear proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $18.75/hour
• Increase to $19.60/hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
• Monday through Friday (occasional Saturdays)
• 10:00pm-6:00am
