Zusammenfassung

Cooper Farms is hiring a 2nd shift Assembly team member at our Turkey Harvesting facility in St. Henry, Ohio. No experience is required; training is provided.

Pay starts at $18.50/hour with a raise to $19.25/hour after 90 days, plus profit-sharing bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Work hours are 3:15pm–11:45pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to grow within the company and a range of health, retirement, and wellness programs.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $18.50/hour


• Increase to $19.25/hour after 90 days


• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
