Cooper Farms is hiring 2nd shift Shipping Associate team member at our Central Egg Processing facility in Coldwater, Ohio (Mercer County). No experience is required. We provide all the training you need to succeed.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $19.40-22.95/hour
• Potential increase after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 2:00pm-10:30pm
  • Occasional Saturdays

What You'll Do

• Unload materials and nest run eggs.
• Load products on truck to be shipped.
