Cooper Farms is hiring 1st shift Shipping Associate at our Spring Meadow Farms egg facility in Rossburg, Ohio (Darke County). No experience is required. We provide all the training you need to succeed.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $18.40-$21.95/hour
• Potential increaseafter 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Wednesday through Saturday
  • 7:00am-4:30pm
  • Optional 5th day on Tuesday

What You'll Do

• Unload materials to be placed in areas such as dry storage, cooler or staging area.
  
• Scan all incoming and outgoing products and materials into the CAT² System.
• Repair damaged racks returned from customers which may consist of bending and straightening brackets, removing plastic wrap from the wheels, and minimal welding.
  
• Sweep out trailers before loading, check refrigeration units, wrap, load and secure product to be shipped.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be a least 18 years old
• Must have intermediate reading, writing and math skills as well as advanced communication and computer stills.
  
• High school diploma is strongly preferred
• 2 years of experience with Cooper Farms or a similar operation is preferred
