Job summary

American Cruise Lines is seeking Servers for the 2026 sailing season onboard our ships. This temporary role runs up to 28 weeks, serving in the shipboard hotel and restaurant and representing the brand with hospitality.

Responsibilities include guest dining service, setup/breakdown, menu guidance, and supporting special events. Wages range from $1,000 to $1,400 per week, with major living expenses covered aboard to enable strong savings opportunities.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test for shipboard employees.
• Alcohol service restrictions apply; onboard safety training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant, memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour.
• Relay orders to galley and serve courses with garnish and care.
• Greet guests, escort to tables, present menus, and suggest menu items.
