Job summary

American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Servers for the 2026 season aboard our ships. You’ll work in our shipboard hotel and restaurant providing outstanding hospitality and serving as a proud representative of our brand.

This temporary 28-week position offers wages from $1,000 to $1,400 per week, plus bonuses, with travel, room and board, uniforms, and training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test required; smoking/alcohol rules apply onboard.
• Temporary shipboard employment for up to 28 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour, including place settings and tableware.
• Cater to culinary requests efficiently and attentively.
• Greet guests, escort to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions about menu items.
• Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages, ensuring presentation and garnish.
• May perform additional duties such as greeting guests on embarkation, serving tea and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment.
