Job summary

American Cruise Lines is hiring Servers for the 2026 cruise season to work aboard our ships in the shipboard hotel and restaurant, delivering hospitality and serving as a proud representative of our brand for up to 28 weeks.

You will set up and clear dining areas, greet guests, relay orders to galley, and assist with events. Wages range from $1,000 to $1,400 per week, with major living expenses covered aboard, offering a strong chance to save.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test for shipboard employees; alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.
• Grooming standards apply; temporary 28-week position.
• Ability to work extended shifts in a dynamic onboard environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour.
• Attend to all culinary requests promptly and courteously.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus, and suggest courses and wines.
• Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages.
• Assist with embarkation greetings, tea service, and evening entertainment as needed.
