Job summary

American Cruise Lines is hiring servers for the 2026 cruising season. You will work aboard our ships in a hotel and restaurant role, delivering exceptional hospitality and representing the brand across itineraries.

This temporary position runs for up to 28 weeks and involves extensive shipboard duties and guest interaction. You will participate in meal service, guest engagement, and occasional entertainment support, with comprehensive on-boarding, travel, room and board, uniforms, and training

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Pre-employment drug test and alcohol policy apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour; manage tables, linen, china, and glassware.
• Take care of all culinary requests efficiently and accurately.
• Greet guests, escort to tables, present menus, and suggest courses and wines.
• Relay orders to galley and serve courses and beverages neatly and garnished.
