Job summary

American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Servers for the 2026 season. You will work in our shipboard hotel and restaurant providing outstanding hospitality and serving as a proud representative of our brand.

This is a temporary position where we challenge you to work onboard for 28 weeks. Responsibilities include elegant dining service, setup/breakdown, guest acknowledgement, menu guidance, and coordinating with galley.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Citizen or Green Card holder to work aboard ship.
• Pre-employment drug test required for shipboard employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down meals and service areas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails.
• Cater to culinary requests, acknowledge guests by name, escort to tables, present menus, and answer questions about items.
• Relay orders to galley and serve courses with presentation and garnishes.
• May perform additional duties such as greeting guests on embarkation and serving during tea, snacks, or evening entertainment.
