Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.

You will be the senior squad member on shift, guiding the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain smooth operations. You will deploy squad members, monitor compliance with MOD standards, and collaborate with the GM or AM to resolve issues while ensuring safety and quality throughout service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentoring/training or informal leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure safety and quality through proper procedures and MOD tools and standards.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and orders as directed by GM/AM.
• Provide guidance and feedback to squad, resolve guest concerns, and maintain a positive MOD experience.
• Stay aligned with opening/midday/closing checklists and communicate updates from MOD systems.
