Job summary

Joe & The Juice in New York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to keep the store energized and running smoothly. You’ll lead the team, ensure daily operations, maintain standards, and guide juicers to deliver top guest experiences.

You will train new staff, monitor sales performance, and uphold safety while staying calm under pressure. This role offers a dynamic fast-paced environment where opportunity to grow across locations and roles within our international network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Observe store traffic, assign tasks and provide feedback to keep the team energized.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists to maintain a clean, safe store and uphold Pink Standards.
• Team Training: Support new juicers with Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to ensure warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: Monitor shift targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, and support sales performance.
