Job summary

Joe & The Juice in New York is looking for a Shift Supervisor to keep the store heartbeat alive. You’ll lead the shift, delegate tasks, and support juicers to deliver great guest experiences while upholding high standards.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, training, and meeting sales targets, while modeling our people-centric culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure DCWF is followed with precision by observing store traffic and assigning tasks.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise daily checklists, keep store clean and safe, report issues promptly.
• Team Training: support new juicers through our training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: monitor commercial targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, support sales performance.
