Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Operations and ensure the DCWF is followed, observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback to keep the team energized.
• Supervise daily checklists, delegate tasks, maintain cleanliness and safety to Pink Standards, and document issues promptly.
• Train new juicers through Knowledge–Training–Practice–Validation to build a capable crew.
• Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions with a professional, guest-first approach.
• Monitor sales targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, and guide the team to support store performance.
