Joe & The Juice in New York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help keep the heartbeat of the store alive. You’re not just leading the shift—you're shaping the vibe, ensuring smooth operations, strong delegation, and top-notch guest experiences.

You’ll support the store management team to keep the store running like a well-oiled machine and help juicers grow and shine. You will train, motivate, and supervise the team, while maintaining energy, setting standards, and driving sales performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the DCWF is followed, observe store traffic, assign tasks, and give feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists, keep the store clean, safe, and aligned with Pink Standards.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through Knowledge - Training - Practice - Validation. Build a capable crew.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, and guide the team to support store sales.
