Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE in New York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help keep the heartbeat of the store alive. You’ll lead the shift, ensure smooth operations, delegate tasks, and coach the team to deliver great guest experiences.

You’ll manage daily operations, uphold Pink Standards, train new juicers, support sales goals, and maintain high energy during busy periods. The role offers a dynamic fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow within our Moneyball career path.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
• Supervise and delegate daily checklists, keeping the store clean, safe, and up to Pink Standards.
• Team Training: Support juicers through Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, and guide the team to support store performance.
